Delete Your Data — ForgeMatrix FX

ForgeMatrix FX (the "App") is operated by an independent individual developer trading under the name "ForgeStudio FX". If instead you want to remove everything and close the account, see Delete Your Account.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

An alert rule — open Account, tap Alerts, then delete the rule. This removes the rule and the record of when it last fired.
Your notification token — open Account and turn Notifications off. The token identifying this device is deleted from our servers immediately.
Alert messages in your inbox — deleting the alert that produced them clears them with it.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete a specific category

Email privacy@forgestudiofx.com from the email address associated with your ForgeMatrix account, with the subject line "Delete my data", and name what you want removed. We verify the request comes from your account email. We respond within 30 days. You can ask for any of:

Your saved scoring setup — weight preset, custom technical/fundamental weights, divergence sensitivity.
Your alert rules and their trigger history.
Your notification tokens.
Your AI Read usage and daily quota records.
Your display name and language preference.

You may also request a copy of your data, or a correction to it, at the same address.

What we keep, and for how long

Your account itself — your email address and sign-in identity remain while the account is open. Removing those means deleting the account.
Tax and billing records — where you purchased a subscription, we are required by law to retain payment records for up to 10 years. These are held by Google Play and our subscription provider.
Anonymized diagnostic logs — crash and performance data, already scrubbed of personal identifiers, may persist in aggregate for up to 30 days.

Currency-strength scores, fundamental data and market history are not personal data: they are computed once for every user from market prices and public agency releases (CFTC, BIS, FRED), are never derived from your activity, and are unaffected by any deletion.
