The terms governing your use of ForgeMatrix — a research and analysis tool that measures the strength of the major currencies plus gold and silver across timeframes, together with four layers of fundamentals.
ForgeMatrix (the "App") and the website at matrix.forgestudiofx.com are operated by an independent individual developer trading under the name "ForgeStudio FX" ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not be located in or a resident of countries under U.S. embargo. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Report unauthorized access immediately. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated with or without notice.
ForgeMatrix offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (the price is shown in Google Play and varies by region). Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled. Google Play processes all purchases; ForgeStudio FX does not store card details. Cancel anytime in Google Play Subscriptions; access continues through the current billing period with no prorated refunds.
ForgeMatrix is an analysis and education tool: it measures currency strength and fundamental indicators (interest rates, the economic calendar, risk sentiment, and COT positioning) for forex and gold. It is NOT financial advice. ForgeStudio FX is not a broker, dealer, fund manager, or investment adviser. Foreign exchange and leveraged trading carry high risk; losses can exceed deposits. Strength scores and fundamental indicators are computed from historical data, not a buy/sell recommendation, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for every trade you place at your broker. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose and consult licensed financial advisers.

The Service, source code, design, trademarks, and ForgeStudio FX–provided content are owned by ForgeStudio FX and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service uses third-party providers for payments, hosting, authentication, notifications, error monitoring, market data, and advertising, and public-agency data from the U.S. CFTC (COT positioning), the Bank for International Settlements (policy rates), and the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (macro series). Those providers' terms also apply to your use of their services through ForgeMatrix.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
ForgeStudio FX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses or business interruption. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater. Where a jurisdiction restricts these exclusions, the maximum permitted limits apply.
You agree to defend and indemnify ForgeStudio FX against claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
ForgeStudio FX may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach or at reasonable discretion. You may terminate by deleting your account via Account → Delete account. Surviving provisions remain enforceable.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without applying conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes first require 60 days of good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to Vietnamese courts. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
ForgeStudio FX may update these Terms. Material changes require email and in-app notice 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
